Last updated 26 September 2026. This notice covers the website and the founding list before launch. We will publish a fuller notice before the app opens.
What we collect
- Founding list: your email address, your phone number if you give one, the topics you pick, who invited you (if anyone), and when you agreed to this notice.
- Practice rounds: which answers were picked and the score. These are not linked to you.
- Technical: your connection address is used briefly, in memory, to stop abuse such as automated sign-ups. We do not store it.
Why
- To tell you when Ahreena launches and to let you in first. You agreed to this when you joined.
- To credit the friend who invited you.
- To improve our questions: bad questions get dropped and good ones kept.
What we don’t do
- No third-party trackers, advertising pixels or analytics companies on this site.
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- Your email and phone number are never shown publicly.
Cookies
If you arrive through a friend’s invite link, we set one cookie (ahr_ref) for up to 30 days so they get
credit when you join. It is deleted once you join. That is the only cookie this site sets.
How long we keep it
Founding-list details are kept until launch and then carried into your account if you create one. If you don’t, we delete them within 12 months of launch. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and similar laws, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to privacy@ahreena.com. If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Age
The founding list is for people aged 18 and over.
